Jilipar Terms & Conditions – What You Need to Know Before Playing

Account Eligibility and Registration

To access and use Jilipar, you must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of the Philippines. By registering an account, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You agree not to share your login details with anyone else and not to allow unauthorized access to your account. Jilipar is not liable for any unauthorized activity that occurs as a result of your failure to protect your credentials.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Account Balance and Player Funds

All funds in your Jilipar account are held in Philippine Peso (PHP). Your account balance represents the amount of money available for gameplay and withdrawal. You are responsible for monitoring your balance and verifying all deposits and withdrawals.

• Deposits: Funds deposited into your account are added immediately upon successful payment confirmation. Jilipar accepts deposits via local Philippine banking channels and approved e-wallets such as GCash and Maya.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours and funds are returned to the payment method used for the original deposit. Processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment channel.
• Account Inactivity: Accounts that remain inactive for extended periods may be subject to suspension. Contact Jilipar support if your account has been suspended due to inactivity.

Jilipar reserves the right to freeze, hold, or withhold funds if suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. This is part of our commitment to preventing fraud and money laundering.

Gameplay and Betting Rules

When playing games on Jilipar, you agree to the following:

Jilipar reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of Jilipar following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Termination

Jilipar may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms & Conditions, suspicious activity, breach of applicable laws, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon account termination, any remaining funds may be forfeited, and you will lose access to the platform.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Jilipar support. Any remaining account balance will be processed for withdrawal upon closure.
